The bellicon® HEALTH education is the foundation of our high quality and professional HEALTH classes. Upon completion of this course you will have learned the correct execution of our rebounding steps, proper HEALTH technique, aspects of music and how to integrate it into your training, class structure, how to cue and how to instruct group fitness classes.

Duration: The total duration is approx. 11 hours: More than 4 1/2 hours of video teaching material as well as 2 half-day LIVE webinars of 3 - 3 1/2 hours.
